10 Best Dressed Celebrities At LSA Illustrated

From form fitting sexiness to graceful flow-y creations our celebs were sizzling on the red carpet

Lux Style Awards kick off. A gazillion celebrity photos bombard our social media. And suddenly we morph into fashion experts reminiscent of Poo-from-K3G and start rating them relentlessly. We’ve been tempted to say, “Minusss”, to someone somewhere, but that time hasn’t arrived yet, so we’ll stick to the best looks of the LSA.

Since it is too conventional to bore you to death with all the images you’ve already seen, we decided to recreate our favourite looks in collaboration with celebrated illustrator Samya Arif. Set against a space themed backdrop these style stars shine bright in their sartorial glory.

Let’s begin.

We saw a girl (who had her back to us) floating on the red carpet in her powder blue gown and we wondered who she was. Later in the night, the presenter asked Anam Malik to come and collect her award for the Best Dressed Female at LSA and guess what, it was the same woman we had gushed over earlier.

Ayesha Omar opted for a tea-length gown by Dubai based designer Michael Cinco and looked like a diva.

Sadaf Kanwal sure knows how to look picture perfect ALL THE TIME. She probably wakes up looking ramp ready and her bob is doing wonders for her style game. She stunned in her Azzi & Osta off-shoulder gown.

First Sadaf and now Syra Shahroz; It seems like all our stars were falling for Lebanese designers this time around. Syra’s Rani Zakhem gown is what fairytales are made of.

While all the celebrities were looking for gowns in the Middle East, Rubya Chaudhry decided to drape a sari and that too a classic one by Nomi Ansari.

Next up is Mahira Khan. This beauty manages to stuns us at almost every event. This year she arrived in a super sleek bodycon black dress by Oslo based design brand, Black Archives.

There’s a thin line between looking glamorous and OTT, and that thin line becomes microscopic if you go for an all red look but Maya Ali managed to pull it off in this Nomi Ansari gown.

You expect designers to look nice and this puts extra pressure on them. Sometimes they falter and sometimes they shine, especially like Safinaz Muneer here in her own creation.

Some of you might find Nabila’s look for the night too unconventional but we loved it.

Kiran Malik opted for an uber chic look with a beige suit by Sana Safinaz and pearl choker to complete the look. Definitely one of the most stylish looks of the night.
