Don’t get us wrong, we are against body shaming and are in complete support of being comfortable in your own skin but still this is a fact. A comment on losing weight is always taken as a compliment unlike when someone tells us that weight has been put on and we get offended right away.

So, here today we give you this easy to make a drink that will help you get rid of those extra pounds and lead a healthier life.

 

GRAPEFRUIT

Can you substitute grapefruit? Nope. Grapefruit not only helps with your digestion but also burns belly fat. Hence, this combination is for a reason. We all know how hard it is to get rid of that belly fat. Please follow as directed.

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

2 Teaspoons

Several studies show that vinegar can increase satiety, help you eat fewer calories and lead to actual pounds lost on the scale. Apple cider vinegar has ample benefits; many studies have claimed that it can lower blood sugar levels, improve insulin sensitivity and help fight diabetes. These factors also lead to reduced risk of heart disease. Weight loss and good health gain, what more can we ask for?

HONEY

1 Teaspoon

Honey reduces the risk of cardiovascular disorders; it also does not increase the body weight. Honey has also been shown to positively increase the levels of “good” cholesterol in the body. In addition, honey tastes good! So, why wouldn’t you want a bit of honey in your daily life?
