Step 1– Get in touch with the client through Facebook and request them to share details.
Step 2– Setup a meeting with a client at the venue to discuss everything in detail
Step 3– Design and share respective event package with the client.
Step 4– Once the package is approved, 70% advance payment is made.
Step 5– Keep the clients updated with the event planning progress.

Established in May 2014, Sparkling Celebrations is yet another event planning business that can very easily blow you away with their vision and dexterity when organizing. Owned by Madiha Malik, Sparkling Celebrations is the result of hard work. Her main purpose when organizing an event is to comprehend her client’s mentality and their preferences and later implement her ideas keeping the client’s input in mind.
When asked, what has been her biggest challenge so far, Madiha replied, “There was an event in November 2017 which I had to organize in 3 days. Initially, I refused but after a lot of consideration, I finally agreed. That event required a lot of customized arrangement (from invitation cards to the goodies bags, centerpieces, and all the little details). I did everything myself with the support of my team members.” Sparkling Celebrations aces in themed events and giveaways such as baby announcements, and wedding announcement favors.
Little Me Events has been in the business for five years and is a partnership of two sisters, Sidra and Rabia Badar. Rabia is the creative brain behind all the designing. Little Me Events made to our list because of their phenomenal organization skills and terrific detailing! We inquired from the owners about what’s their priority when organizing an event and they responded with, “The first step we take to start a new event is a detailed meet up of our creative head with clients to understand their expectations and brainstorm new ideas. When we asked what makes an event a successful one, Samar stated, “A well managed and well connected event is something we aim for, we look for the quality and symmetry of the design elements in each of our events.
