Shahrukh Khan The Hero of Zero

We have 6 more months to go before we get to see Zero on the big screen. Being a Shahrukh Khan fan I know the wait is hard and as the teasers come out, the patience keeps running out.

However, long gone are the days when we saw more movies of the Badshah of Bollywood now it is just one movie in a year and that too after a long wait, talk about waiting games. Lately, Khan has been experimenting with his roles, not that we mind he does justice to all his roles.

His upcoming movie, Zero’s second teaser has been out more like a special Eid edition. Zero is an Indian romantic drama film written by Himanshu Sharma and directed by Aanand L. Rai. The film is jointly produced by Rai and Red Chillies Entertainment’s Gauri Khan. Who’s starring? The main leads are none other than Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma along with many popular names like Sri Devi, Rani Mukerji, Kajol, Karisma Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and others that’ll be doing a cameo. Talk about all-stars under one roof!

The first teaser came out 5 months back, back in January. We saw Khan as a dwarf, who enters a ball in his shorts and a vest and starts dancing, with time his appearance keeps changing.

Now today another teaser came out and we saw the Karan and Arjun duo together dancing.  Shahrukh Khan enters wearing a shirt with Katrina Kaif’s picture imprinted on it, he’s in the spotlight with the audience cheering only to be overshadowed by the fact that all that applause is for Salman Khan and not him. Salman says, “Sunna hain jiskey peechay lag jaatay ho, life bana deytay ho.” Will Shahrukh Khan be playing the role of a lucky mascot for these stars?

Khan is starstruck as he sees Salu bhai and before we know it both the stars are dancing and make us want to move a bit too. Personally, I love the part where Shahrukh Khan jumps on to Salman and gives him a kiss on the cheek, the expressions he has are of a kid who’s over-excited to be in a candy shop.

The story of this movie seems something out of the box and we hope it isn’t another one of those cliché stories where they try too hard to be funny and the storyline is weak.
