I personally love winters. The chilly season makes me feel fresh and alive. Cozy jumpers, boots, scarves, and what not! But, unfortunately, winter is the time when our skin does not like to cooperate with us.

Get Rid Of Winter Skin Woes With These Remedies

1. Papaya Face Pack

  • A piece of ripe papaya
  • A banana
  • 2 tablespoons honey
How to Apply

1. Mash the papaya and banana so that no lumps remain.
2. Add the honey and mix well.
3. Apply this paste on your face and other dry areas on your body.


Papayas contain antioxidants and bananas are known for their vitamin content. These two fruits also work as anti-aging agents , . Honey is a natural moisturizer for the skin. Using this pack will help rejuvenate your skin, making it firmer and younger looking.

2. Milk And Almond Face Pack



  • 1 tablespoon almond powder
  • 2 tablespoons raw milk
How to Apply

1. Make a paste and apply it on your face.
2. Keep it for 10 minutes.
3. Massage gently and wash off with water.


Almonds are rich in vitamin E and essential fatty acids . Milk is a wonderful moisturizer for the skin. Its acid content and enzymes will exfoliate your skin and make it soft, supple, and glowing . Using this face pack will reduce dryness and make your skin softer.

3. Yogurt And Buttermilk Face Pack

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup buttermilk

1. Mix equal quantities of yogurt and buttermilk.
2. Apply this mixture all over your body and leave it on for 15-20 minutes.
3. Wash off with water.

4. Olive Oil And Egg Yolk Face Mask



  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3-4 drops olive oil
How to Apply

1. Add the olive oil to the egg yolks and whip them to get a stable mixture.
2. Apply it on your face and keep it on for 20 minutes
3. Wash off with water.


Olive oil is rich in natural antioxidants and vitamins E and K. Egg yolk contains vitamin A and lecithins that nourish the skin and treat dryness effectively. Using this face mask twice a week during winters will make your skin glow.
