Salsa Steak Garlic Toasts

Ingredients

-Four to five slices of garlic toast (frozen)

-2 teaspoons of olive oil

-One pound of beef sirloin steak

-One and a half cup of salsa

-Fresh chopped coriander along with sour cream

Instructions:

Salsa steak garlic toasts is the easiest recipe to cook. The preparation time of this meal is 25 minutes approximately and you can easily serve 4-5 people by cooking this. First thing you need to do is to make garlic toast as per the instructions that are given on the package. Next step is to grab one pound of beef sirloin steak and slice it into equal pieces and place it on a large skillet. Add oil over it and heat it up at a medium temperature. Continue cooking till the beef no longer appears pink in colour. Pour in salsa and stir the mixture for 6-7 minutes. Serve the entire mixture over toast and top it up with sour cream/sauce and coriander for a better taste and presentation. Good luck!

Sevaiya ki Barfi

Ingredients

-Sevaiya of 200 grams

-Pure desi ghee of 100 grams

-35-40 grams almonds

-25-30 grams pistachios

-25 grams raisins

-230-250ml milk

-Khoya of 125 grams

-Sugar of 100 grams

Eid celebrations are not finished until unless you satisfy your sweet tooth cravings. Sevaiya ki Barfi is a unique and perfect dessert for a festive season like Eid and it is something that can be served with generous coating of your favorite and most preferred dry fruits items and nuts. This is a 20 minutes dish and no one should ever miss out on this convenient recipe. Start by drying out roast sewaiya by keeping it inside a pan and pour desi ghee inside it. Toss it for about 2-3 minutes and add milk to the mixture and wait till it starts boiling up. Next step is to add 125grams of khoya and 100 grams of sugar and blend it thoroughly to achieve a thick pouring consistency. Transfer it into a glass tray and add dry fruits and nuts of your choice. Allow it to cool down and your dessert is ready to be served at a room temperature.
