Lizzie McGuire Is Making A Comeback With New Episodes!

Everyone’s favorite teen Disney tv show, ‘Lizzie McGuire,’ is coming back on the screen with some new episodes. Hillary Duff, who plays an average 13-year-old with an animated alter ego, has confirmed that the show will be having a revival and that there have been conversations about it. This is the first Disney Channel to reboot and we are as excited about it as Hillary.

The first episode of ‘Lizzie McGuire’ was released in 2001, which became a very big hit all around America as it’s based on something that every teenage girl could relate to; Lizzie was a just a normal 13-year-old girl in Middle School trying to figure out her way in a totally normal and awkward world, facing problems that every girl faces at this age.

Last week at an event in Los Angeles, Hillary Duff confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that there have been some discussions about reviving this all-time favorite show that ran from 2001 to 2004.

The 31-year-old actress said, “There have been some conversations, it’s definitely not a go. I don’t want everyone to get wild talking about it.

The actress started gushing about her iconic role and the animated alter ego in this show, “I mean I love her so much, I think she was so important to girls at an important time in their life. If she could be important to them again at this age, I think that would be amazing.”

We are very excited about the revival of ‘Lizzie McGuire’more than Hillary herself. Lizzie was someone who every teenage girl at that time and even today can look up to, as she also had to face embarrassing parents, bullies, crushes and fashion fiascos. Which we all would remember from our time at school.

The reboot ‘Lizzie McGuire’ will be based on the 15-year-old Lizzie after her graduation trip to Rome, where she fell in love with a famous singer Paolo. The grown-up Lizzie will probably focus on the challenges that adolescent’s these days experience, for example, having children, getting a job, finding love.

Fans are already creating a hype around this news, though the revival of the show hasn’t been given a green light yet, they are still thrilled about the possibility that it could happen. The social media is going wild with everyone’s tweets.

We are also looking forward to the revival of one the best Disney Channel’s shows after 14 years!

And the grown-up version of her animated alter ego.
