All of us have endless things to do these days in both our personal and professional lives. So naturally we would feel a certain amount of anxiety, and its not all bad, as it motivates us to feel organised, makes us aware of danger and help us to calculate risks.
However, becoming too anxious is dangerous for your health, including in situations when your too nervous and having panic attacks. Below are some ideas that can help you control it.

Exercising regularly will help improve your physical and emotional health. It can act as a type of medication that will reduce anxiety in some people. And its not just a temporary solution, you might experience less anxiety post work out.
2) Stop Smoking:
Research shows that the earlier you start smoking the higher the chances are of you developing an anxiety order later. Smokers immediately reach for a cigarette during stressful times, which only acts as a quick fix that can worsen anxiety overtime.
3) Get Some Sleep:
Insomnia is one of the most common and major symptoms of anxiety. You should put sleep as a priority through the following:
- Only sleeping at night when your tired.
- not watching television at night.
- Not using electronics in bed.
- Avoiding caffeine, large meals, and nicotine before bed.
- Keep your room dark and cool.
- Writing down your worries before going to bed.
Meditation is the best solution for anxiety, nervousness, stress. It’s main purpose is to help you remove all stressful thoughts and fill your mind calmness, relief and peace of the present moment. Research at John Hopkins university showed that doing at least 30 minutes of meditation everyday will help ease anxiety symptoms and act as an anti-depressant.

Fragrant essential oils are used in aromatherapy to improve your health and well-being. These oils can be inhaled directly or added to a warm bath or diffuser. Studies have shown that aromatherapy:

6) Drinking Chamomile Tea:
A nice cup of chamomile tea is a famous home remedy to calm anxiety and promote sleep. A study was done in 2009 that showed chamomile is a powerful agent against generalized anxiety disorder, in the study they discovered that people who had German chamomile capsules (220 milligrams up to five times daily) had much less anxiety symptoms compared to those who were given a placebo.
